Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Same-day cancellations will: • forfeit the deposit • require a new deposit to rebook Clients are allowed one reschedule with proper notice. After one reschedule, future deposits remain non-transferable and non-refundable.
